A tidy sheet, down to the millimeter.

Choose your sheet, label dimensions and spacing. The tool creates a regular grid and centers it on the paper. Set the total quantity to generate as many pages as needed. Each label can have the same short line of text, with optional cut outlines.

A layout you can check

On A4, 50 × 30 mm labels with a 10 mm minimum margin and 4 mm gaps fit in three columns and eight rows: 24 positions per sheet. The final row or page contains only the number of labels you request.

Before using good paper

Download the PDF and print one proof at 100% or Actual size on matching paper. Measure a label with a ruler. Use blank sheets; pre-cut adhesive stock needs an exact manufacturer template. This tool does not provide bleed, mixed rotations or separate horizontal and vertical pitch adjustments.
